Returns and refunds

We do not refund returned products, so please choose carefully. All returns must follow the “AYUNA RETURN POLICY” and require a prior authorisation.

We will only provide the replacement product or a credit note. We only offer the return for the following reasons, damaged during the transit, incorrectly posted, unopened product, or faulty product. Due to health concerns we do have “NO Return Policy at AYUNA. Unless otherwise specified by an authorised agent of AYUNA in writing.

Return Procedure

All the products need to be returned with the information about Invoice number, name of the product, date of postage, name and contact details of the customer and reasons for return. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the all the products are returned in suitably packages to prevent further damaged of the product.

All our products are despatched by registered or certified mail. We expect the return good to use the same- we do not accept the damage during the transit while returning the product.

AYUNA reserved the right to refuse the product return if there is incomplete or missing information during the process of return. For unopened product return in similar condition with 7 days, we will provide the credit note for the invoice amount within 7 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot credit the postage or courier charges.

The information provided in the website is secure and we will not share or rent your personal information to third parties without your permission.All the transactions in our website are protected by McAfee and process secured payment gateway or by PayPal.Joining AYUNA or signing for membership you authenticating AYUNA to send information about the latest offer and information on latest products etc,.

Out of Stock:

All our stock is subject to availability, you will be notified by email with status of expected date of despatch, in case of lack of availability we will refund the full amount or issue the credit to use in our website for the future purchases. For backorders, we will notify you by email or text message with expected date of delivery.

Price change:

AYUNA reserve the right to alter the price without prior notice. However, this only can happens when the situations beyond our control (E.g international currency fluctuations).
