- Ashwagandha, one of the most widely used and popular herbs, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for vata balance and as a restorative (Rasayana) tonic.
Ingredients:
- Withania somnifera Herbal Extract equiv. to dry root 1500mg (Extract 250mg)
Indications:
- Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a body tonic, restorative tonic, and to maintain general health and wellbeing.
- Excellent adaptogen that helps the body adapt to stress in healthy adults.
- In Ayurvedic medicine, it is widely used as a rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) and to balance Vata.
